Location: Clementi (2-Way Company Transport from Jurong East MRT)
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Remuneration: Basic up to $4,500

Join our team as an Executive Assistant and play a pivotal role in coordinating the day-to-day operations of our Managing Director (MD) and Assistant General Manager (AGM)!


Key Responsibilities:

Calendar & Email Management

  • Manage MD’s schedule, travel plans, and inbox

  • Prioritize messages and ensure timely follow-ups

  • Handle confidential information with discretion

Meeting Coordination

  • Prepare agendas, presentations & meeting materials

  • Take minutes and track follow-ups

  • Maintain strict confidentiality

Communication Liaison

  • Main point of contact for internal/external stakeholders

  • Facilitate smooth communication between MD, AGM & teams

Document Management

  • Organize digital and physical files

  • Draft, edit & proofread professional communications

Project Support

  • Assist in tracking project progress and deadlines

  • Collaborate with departments for reporting and updates


Requirements:

️ Diploma in Business Admin, Office Mgmt, or related field
️ Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
