Job description

Locad is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our efforts in expanding our client base and increasing revenue at the mid market and enterprise level, regionally across all our markets in APAC. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and meeting or exceeding revenue targets. This position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to expand our enterprise level client base and increase revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers at the enterprise level
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and other channels
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential clients
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of new business initiatives
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute effective lead generation and sales strategies
  • Provide regular reporting on progress towards revenue targets and other key performance indicators
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in enterprise level business development.
  • Build and lead high performing sales teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise level business development, sales, or related field
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying and pursuing new business opportunities at the enterprise level
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and use data to inform business decisions
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed
