• Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects.
• Work on architectural and interior design proposals and presentations.
• Prepare tender and construction documentation.
• Participate in site measurement, layout planning, and material selection.
• Develop design concept sketches, space planning, design development, elevation, and detailed drawings.
• Produce interior design drawings as well as 3D visualizations.
• Manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.
• Handle project management responsibilities.
• Meet with clients to understand their objectives and desires.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to address client needs.
• Provide progressive updates to the director regarding client issues.

Maintain industry knowledge to stay relevant.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience.
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and diligently.
• Capable of working under pressure and with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines.
