Job description

Responsibilities

  • Offer front-line technical consultation and respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate support throughout the pre-sales and post-sales process.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system-level issues by analyzing symptoms and applying effective solutions for both software and hardware-related challenges.
  • Assist with product-related certifications and their timely renewals, ensuring compliance with market and internal requirements.
  • Manage and maintain the company's system for warranty validation and claims, ensuring accuracy and smooth processing.
  • Develop and maintain internal guides, manuals, and other documentation to support knowledge sharing among team members and end-users.
  • Deliver hands-on technical support to users experiencing issues with computers, applications, and system infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a technical support or systems troubleshooting role.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proven problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to technical challenges.
  • Proficient with common software tools including Microsoft Office, and capable of diagnosing technical issues across hardware, software, and networks.
