Job description

Responsibilities:

• Must have the enthusiasm in tackling and resolving technical faults for electronic equipment.
• Responsible for the servicing and repairing of ophthalmic equipment.
• Follow-up and completion on all service and repair works.
• Ensure timely response to customers' enquiries, feedback and comments.
• Build, strengthen and optimize relationships with clients.
• Assist in delivering of new/repaired equipment to the customers.

Job Scope:

• Candidate must have at least ITE or above Electronic Engineering qualification.
• At least 1 year working experience in this field is required.
• Prior work experience in the service and repair of ophthalmic products will be an advantage.
• Work closely (via email) with overseas product principal for technical supports.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus to establish position relations.
• Mature, self-disciplined, initiative and results-driven.
• On site servicing and repair works.
• Possess a Class 3 driving licence.
• Required language(s): Seek English & Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to serve English/Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Computer literate
