Key responsibilities

• Manage the global trading business and product, responsible for P&L.
• Enhance the product, expand into new markets, and drive GTM strategies and innovative product solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the Group CEO and other senior executives across Technology, Product, Marketing, Sales, Operations, etc., to achieve business goals.

Key requirements

• Experience in an international leadership role within top-tier trading, quant trading, brokerage, or crypto trading platforms.
• Deep understanding of financial logic, trading system design and upgrades, and market trends.
• Extensive knowledge of investment products such as derivatives, ETFs, equities, etc., and related market infrastructure.
• Proven people management skills at regional or global levels.
• Creative thinking and thriving in growth environments.
