We are seeking a Platform Specialist with a passion for B2B sales to join our Search Ads team. This role involves helping developers and marketers of all sizes drive discovery of their apps across the App Store by doing advertising the right way. Platform Specialists at Apple are key contributors who possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, are highly analytical, resourceful, customer-focused, team-oriented, and capable of working independently to meet revenue and business objectives. Candidates should have a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in the mobile and app developer space within the Singapore and Malaysia markets, working with performance advertisers and agencies through Apple Search Ads.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with advertisers to identify opportunities, optimize campaigns, and maximize business objectives using our platform.
  2. Leverage search and display marketing experience to drive efficiencies and influence advertiser strategies.
  3. Build, shape, and deliver campaign metrics to support client business growth.
  4. Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, including developers, marketers, and advertising agencies.
  5. Become an expert in the tools supporting the business.
  6. Utilize internal and external data sets to understand and grow advertisers’ businesses.
  7. Work closely with sales, marketing, research, product, analytical, and operational teams to provide industry insights and guidance.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Relevant experience in performance media sales within the Singapore and Malaysia markets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Deep understanding of the media landscape in Singapore and Malaysia, especially in gaming, productivity & utilities, e-commerce, finance, entertainment, and education sectors (both local and cross-border advertising).
  • Extensive knowledge of performance advertising needs, strategies, and success metrics, particularly in search and display marketing ecosystems.
  • Strategic selling skills, confident in engaging with performance and display advertisers, advertising agencies, and mobile measurement partners (MMPs).
  • Strong collaboration, analytical, prioritization, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in working with data and presenting insights effectively through visualization to help grow client businesses.
