Job description

We are seeking a candidate to perform key administrative, secretarial, and coordination functions for the Group Chairman Medical Board Office (GCMBO). You will assist the manager(s) in their daily operations and provide administrative support for the Office. Additionally, you will work closely with colleagues from external departments, and other stakeholders to facilitate work processes integration, coordinate meetings, and plan and organise events or outreach activities.

You will provide general administrative support to the SingHealth Duke-NUS Disease Centres (SDDCs), such as coordinating work plans and combined meetings/retreats. Furthermore, you will provide secretarial support to the SingHealth Medical Board in cluster-wide medical manpower and in Junior Doctors’ activities/initiatives, as well as handle matters relating to business travel. Additionally, you will provide support in the implementation of new initiatives and projects.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in any discipline with at least 6 years of working experience
  • Experience in administration, operations and/or management support functions in healthcare setting will be an added advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good verbal and written communication skill
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
