What the role is:
We are seeking qualified candidates to support the leads generation marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for undertaking marketing and operational responsibilities to acquire registrations for Career Guidance & Job Search advisory programmes and services, supporting WSG’s vision of every individual having a fulfilling career.
What you will be working on:
Responsibilities:
- Create compelling content (artwork & copywriting) for various marketing channels, including social media, Telegram, email, and digital ads.
- Develop and execute marketing plans for owned channels to promote our products and services.
- Organise and maintain artwork and profile story database.
- Analyse data and reports for lead generation campaigns, interpret the findings, and propose new ideas or innovations to enhance lead generation.
- Proactively contact and engage the public on programmes and services, including new initiatives such as Polaris, Volunteer Career Advisor Initiative, and the SkillsFuture Jobseeker Support scheme, to convert prospects into leads and customers.
- Provide quality customer service and prompt follow-ups to the public via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Gather jobseekers’ employment-related information and accurately input it into WSG’s systems.
- Oversee and ensure call centre vendors meet the organisation’s key performance indicators.
- Submit regular reports to the Team Lead and propose new ideas and strategies to improve work performance.
- Create and maintain data hygiene, Excel dashboards, and SOPs.
- Other duties as assigned by the Team Lead.
What we are looking for:
Requirements:
- Willing and able to commit for the full duration of the contract (1-year temporary).
- Candidate with prior experience in outbound call preferred.
- Have a pleasant disposition with a positive attitude.
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency and work well under pressure as an individual and in a team.
Skills:
- Proficient with Excel, especially handling tasks such as filtering, sorting, pivoting, and VLOOKUP.
- Basic content creation skills, preferably Canva.
- Eye for details and a creative flair.
- Organised, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
- Good verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills.
