Job description

Salary: Up to $4300 (Comms + AWS)

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 930am - 630pm

Location: North Bridge Road (Clarke Quay)

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years in B2B sales, preferably in security systems, IoT, smart building, or enterprise software.
  • Familiarity with AI video analytics, access control, and building automation is highly advantage

Key Duties:

  • Identify and pursue new opportunities in property development, real estate, data centers, and public infrastructure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including developers, managers, and system integrators.
  • Sell core solutions like NeoAccess, NeoGuest, Xwerk, and CCTV-based security systems.
    Drive full sales cycle—prospecting, proposal development, negotiations, closing, and post-sales coordination.
  • Represent at events, stay updated on industry trends, and collaborate with technical teams for successful solution implementation.
