Job description

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Accounts Payable/Receivable (AP/AR), General Ledger (GL), month-end closing, and timely daily payment processing in line with SLA requirements.
• Prepare cash flow projections, perform balance sheet reconciliations, and support intercompany billing and internal order management.
• Assist in managing fixed assets (including disposals and transfers), and develop finance operation policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Liaise with various departments to resolve operational and billing-related matters effectively.
• Recommend improvements to enhance internal controls or efficiency, and participate in ad hoc finance-related projects and duties.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong knowledge of finance systems and accounting principles, especially in receivables and payables.
