About The Role

As a Junior Associate for the Product Planning & Strategy team, you will play an important role in supporting administrative and operational functions for the team.

What You Will Do
  • Provide administrative support to the Product Planning & Strategy team.
  • Keep track of product sample processes and management.
  • NPI tracking and roadmap updates.
  • Assist in updating competition benchmarks for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in updating and preparing market and sales data for analysis.
  • Coordinate monthly regional product marketing meetings and other events, conferences as assigned.
  • Assist in sending out product evaluation forms for internal and external needs, and in preparing product evaluation reports.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Collaborate with team members on various ad-hoc projects as required.
What You Need To Be Successful
  • Proven experience in an administrative support role or similar position.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude in a dynamic work environment.
What Makes You Eligible
  • Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
