About the Department

The Global Markets function utilizes our market expertise to offer timely financial advice, products, and solutions to clients. We work with segment managers to manage clients' investment, liability, and risk management needs through a comprehensive suite of treasury products across multiple asset classes.

Job Responsibilities

1. Drive flow objectives across FX, rates, commodities, and money market products globally, focusing on Banks, Central Banks, SWFs, real money funds, and select macro funds.
2. Serve as the eFX flows advocate for the FI Sales desk, promoting new client acquisition and volume growth by coordinating with trading, tech, and quant teams on product enhancements, rollouts, and pricing.
3. Perform trade flow analytics to support the bank's responsiveness to client needs, contributing to UOB's role in Singapore's growing FX e-trading ecosystem.

Job Requirements

• A good degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in financial markets and an established FI customer network.
• Strong work ethics, exceptional analytical skills, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and database tools for business data analytics and productivity enhancement.
