Job summary
A leading company in the technology sector is seeking an HR Manager to oversee HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resources or Business, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in HR management. Responsibilities:
- Manage full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, performance management andcompensation & benefits.
- Lead and direct the routine functions of recruitment process -Sourcing, attracting, hiring, and interviewing.
- Monitor office administration to ensure smooth operation and maintain a healthy and safe office environment.
- Monitor full set of C&B functions, including monthly payroll, CPF, taxation and liaising with insurance vendors etc.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and head office.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Conduct & assess internal training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
- Review, revise and provide guidance on employee handbook.
- Organize employee engagement activities e.g., Organize annual dinner, Christmas party, corporate social responsibility.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource, Business or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant and hands-on experience in Human Resources Management.
- Well versed with Singapore Employment Ordinance, tax law and other related regulations.
- Good team player,Detail-minded, well-organized with strong problem-solving skills, self-motivated and independent.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
