Develop and execute creative, platform-specific content strategies to support game promotions, community engagement, and brand awareness.
Design and produce visually compelling content including short-form videos, motion graphics, static visuals, memes, and more for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and others as needed.
Take full ownership of the social media content calendar, including planning, copywriting, scheduling, and publishing.
Analyze content performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, and similar platforms, and apply insights to improve future content.
Communicate and engage with the community in both Chinese and English, ensuring timely and culturally appropriate interactions.
Monitor trends, algorithm changes, and viral content formats to continuously enhance content relevance and effectiveness.
Collaborate with internal teams, KOLs, and MCN partners to ensure a consistent and engaging brand voice.
Support influencer campaigns, cross-functional initiatives, and community-driven events with high-quality organic content.
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience managing social media accounts with a portfolio demonstrating creative and effective campaigns.
Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese (Simplified or Traditional) and English is essential.
Advanced skills in content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
Ability to independently create original, high-quality content that aligns with current trends and appeals to gaming or youth audiences.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithm behavior, and performance optimization techniques.
Excellent time management, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Passion for mobile games and familiarity with gaming culture and communities.
Experience working with gaming influencers, streamers, or managing gaming-related communities.
Understanding of Southeast Asian or Chinese-speaking gaming audiences.
Additional skills in animation, sound design, or 3D editing tools.
