Job description

• $5000 - $6000 + Allowances + Variable Bonuses

• Working at site (current project at Tuas)

• Working Hours: 5.5 Days normal working hours

• Well Established Construction Company(Main Con)

Job Scope

  • Partner with the Safety Manager to oversee safety, health, and environmental initiatives, ensuring full compliance with Singapore's Workplace Safety and Health Act.

  • Implement and monitor robust safety measures, driving a culture of accountability and vigilance on-site.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align on safety goals and deliverables.

  • Participate in daily toolbox briefings, conduct regular site safety inspections, document observations, and ensure timely rectification of issues.

  • Identify training and certification needs to meet legislative requirements and HSE guidelines.

  • Gain deep insights into work-specific risks and control measures, proactively mitigating hazards.

  • Lead investigations into accidents and near-misses, documenting findings and recommending preventive actions.

  • Oversee multiple sites simultaneously, ensuring consistent safety standards.

Requirement

  • Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with the Ministry of Manpower

  • 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
