The opportunity

We are seeking a Manager to join our Valuation, Modelling & Economics team, focusing on the Financial Services sector within Strategy and Transactions in Singapore.

Our work spans various disciplines including:

• M&A and fundraising valuation diligence
• Financial modelling for M&A and market entry (JV, greenfield, etc.)
• Valuation for financial reporting
• Financial modelling for FP&A (business forecasting and planning)
• Data analytics and visualization
• Other bespoke model development

Your key responsibilities

• Focus on valuation and financial modelling for clients across the Asian financial services sector
• Advise on M&A deals and corporate finance strategies
• Create and present management reports and valuation documents
• Utilize data analysis to solve complex finance and strategy problems
• Lead and collaborate with diverse project teams
• Build relationships with senior clients, providing advice and support
• Lead sales opportunities, proposal development, and client relationship building as part of your career growth
• Stay innovative and industry-aware regarding trends and disruptions
