Job description

You will be responsible for managing the marketing efforts for the agency's clients under the EPOS umbrella. This role involves working with SMEs through our agency, Ethos (Wolfgang Creatives, a subsidiary of EPOS), to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, search, and display advertising.

Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google AdWords & other social media Ads

Collaborate with the creative team to create engaging content for digital platforms.

Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using analytics tools to track KPIs and ROI.

Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in digital marketing, and provide insights and recommendations to the agency's clients.

Act as a key point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring client satisfaction (Client Relationship Management)

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year relevant working experience with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns, prior agency experience is an advantage.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, search, and display advertising.
Excellent analytical and data-driven mindset, with some experience using analytics tools to track KPIs and ROI.

Willingness to learn and a good attitude.

Strong communication skills and able to work independently or with a team.
