Job description

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and marketing of Engineering Plastics, Polyurethane chemicals & silicones across the Asia Pacific region.
• Establish and manage customer credit lines through financial analysis and ensure adherence to credit control policies.
• Coordinate with overseas offices to support and expand sales with existing and potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
• Collaborate with suppliers on strategic planning to achieve the company's short and long-term goals.
• Manage pricing communication (monthly/weekly) between suppliers and customers/distributors.
• Conduct and report on semi-annual reviews of sales budgets with suppliers/distributors.
• Prepare regular sales performance reports.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships to maximize business opportunities and synergy.
• Support sales presentations for new product introductions.
• Manage customer support activities (as authorized by the principal) and any assigned personnel to optimize growth and industry awareness within marketing strategies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance within the assigned area.
• Support the principal in achieving sales targets for assigned customers based on the fixed price list.
• Manage outstanding invoices and customer complaints.
• Gather and share market intelligence within the team.
• Oversee end-user relationships by coordinating relevant activities (agent, technical, marketing, distribution) in the region.
• Operate as a collaborative team player.

Requirements

• Degree in a relevant field (Business, Chemical Engineering, International Business, etc.).
