Job Responsibilities
- Daily sorting of documents from outlets, including but not limited to:
- Accounts payables
- Accounts receivables daily sales reports
- Human resources and operations
- Maintain data entry for:
- Daily sales reports
- Delivery sales
- Electronic receipts
- Point-of-sale cash payout in Microsoft Excel and SAP system
- Download and generate sales reports from point-of-sale cloud systems
- Reconcile, check, and tally accounts receivables
- Assist in the monthly closing of all accounts receivables, including leasing receivables
- Prepare general monthly reports, including but not limited to:
- Cashiers’ incentives
- Outlet daily sales report
- Filing and archiving of documents
- Perform any other duties as assigned
