Job description

Job Title: CNC Machinist Supervisor (in smart industry / robotic industry) (ID4529)

Location: Tuas

Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Salary: $4500 - $6000

Responsibilities / Duties / Job Description / Job Scope

1. Operate CNC and manual machines to produce parts according to MO and drawing specifications.
2. Willing to learn and operate different CNC and manual machines.
3. Perform monthly maintenance checks on machines, identify faults, and report to Supervisor.
4. Ensure products meet the highest quality standards.
5. Scan and enter data into M3 for job hours and machining product tracking.
6. Change cutting tools and fixtures during CNC machine setup.
7. Inspect and record all dimensions during "in-process" inspections.
8. Maintain a clean and organized work area meeting 5S standards.

1. Proactive with a high sense of ownership over daily responsibilities.
2. Good attitude and effective communication with other departments.
3. Multiskilled with the ability to handle challenging work demands and tight schedules.
4. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Work Environment and Demands

1. Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in Precision Machining.
2. Familiarity with automated and smart manufacturing processes; robotic arms integration is a plus.
3. Experience in lead management.
