Are you eager to be a key driver in identifying gaps, opportunities for improvement, and best practices related to QHSE and sustainability?

Do you approach audits with a customer-centric mindset, understand customer agreements, and are capable of identifying business risks and potential consequences?

Background

As DSV expands and faces increased complexity in product mix, requirements, and legislation, we need to strengthen our focus on compliance, process implementation, and their effectiveness and efficiency. With a presence in over 80 countries and hundreds of sites, it is vital to maintain an up-to-date overview of compliance levels, customer needs and expectations, and to identify organizational best practices.

As a DSV auditor, you will be encouraged to drive, develop, and continually improve our work processes, ensuring organizational maturity and resilience.

Conducting Audits

Joining our QHSE & Sustainability team, you will act as a management system ambassador, supporting regional and global audits to highlight risks and identify best practices, fostering cross-regional learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate audit trails
• Propose findings to the lead auditor/quality director
• Assess and audit for assurance
• Suggest sustainable opportunities for improvement and business success
• Support the development of a learning, blame-free culture
• Apply systems thinking to support effective outcomes

Qualifications

You have prior experience in QHSE and possibly sustainability audits, understanding stakeholder needs and complexities.

Additionally, you possess:

• Comprehensive knowledge of quality management systems
• Solid understanding of standards like TAPA, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other management standards
• Knowledge of logistics
• Strong risk assessment skills

Furthermore, you have:

• Multiple years of experience conducting audits in large international organizations
• Strong investigative skills, risk mitigation, and root cause analysis expertise
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Excellent stakeholder management skills

Certifications as an auditor or quality manager and knowledge of supply chain decarbonization are advantageous.
