· Able to work in rotating 3 shifts.

Position: Technician

• Operations and Maintenance of the Baggage Handling System (BHS) in Singapore Changi Airport.
• Respond quickly to faults and obstructions in the BHS system.
• Perform daily inspections of the BHS system.
• Perform electrical and mechanical servicing during off-peak hours.
• Carry out regular and planned service tasks during off-peak hours.
• Work in shifts as scheduled.
• Support colleagues by covering duties and performing overtime as required.
• Assist the shift engineer with assigned tasks.

Position: Technical Officer

• Report to the Shift Engineer on all system-related issues.
• Ensure the system operates normally.
• Monitor the system for faults and issues in baggage flow.
• Oversee technicians in their duties.
• Ensure prompt response to faults by dispatching technicians immediately.
• Manage baggage diversion during breakdowns to maintain flow.
• Provide timely updates to the Shift Engineer on system faults and status.
• Dispatch personnel efficiently for breakdown recovery.
• Ensure completion of Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules.
• Support the Shift Engineer during troubleshooting and system updates.
• Assist management with report submissions.

Minimum Qualifications

• ITE, Diploma, or relevant study background.
• Willing to be deployed to other functions at short notice.
• Experience in BHS and electrical work is advantageous.
• Note: Work is performed in restricted areas; airport pass applications will be screened by the Airport Police Division.
