Job description
Provide Technical Assistance for airlines/operators/MRO's for Wheels & Brakes.
Take the lead on all Wheel/Brake technical queries for the South Asia region as they are received into the Customer Support Center through Safran LS ConeCT database.
Ensure responses follow-up/traceability and performance with Velizy based PSE team, as needed.
Interface across applicable Airlines/MRO repair shops and/or affiliated engineering departments, on behalf of PSE team, as appropriate.
Support the regional CSM on MOP's, reports and any other special requirements as deemed necessary.
Support regional CSM s (Customer Support Managers) with KPI's, reports and any other requirements as required.
Support Commercial team customer queries - ie parts search, interchangeability.
Identity with CSC and commercial support teams key dissatisfaction drivers (vs. competition) that require support.
Provide key regional interface with W&B Repair facilities to develop in-service technical database for PSE.
Develop and monitor unscheduled removal database for PSE with major Airlines/MRO.
Work closely with PSE team to maintain accurate and timely partly line t support communication around complex technical issues.
Help PSM/PSE to support any action to contribute to "OTD" performance with the Airlines/MRO, in case of shortage.
Job Requirements
Minimum Degree in Engineering or Aerospace related disciplines.
At least 3 to 5 years of aerospace and aircraft related experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access), ConeCT, Technical publication documents.
Speaking proficiency in French would be advantageous
