Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven and technically proficient Sales Engineer/ Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. This individual will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales revenue—particularly within the semiconductor and industrial automation sectors.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, with a primary focus on the semiconductor / automation industry.
  • Present and demonstrate automation products to prospective clients.
  • Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue goals.
  • Conduct market research and assess customer requirements to identify business growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal engineering teams to confirm technical specifications and develop tailored proposals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, quotes, and contracts.
  • Follow up on leads, quotations, and project execution to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide post-sales technical support and coordinate with service teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote products and services.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in sales or technical roles within the semiconductor and electronics industry preferred. Strong technical background and understanding of engineering principles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-driven with the ability to manage multiple accounts and meet sales targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites.
