Job Summary

The Programme Executivewill play an integral role in ensuring successful service delivery and customer satisfactionof our Career Guidance Project.He / she will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations as well as our marketing efforts for our Career Guidance programmes.

Primary Duties:

a. Programme Operations

  • Support ongoing programme duties such as liaising with vendors, collating participant entries and reporting, management of enquiry, processing of invoices, administering participation, etc.
  • Attend to phone and email enquiries from members of public.
  • To support Project Lead with uploading programme details on both internal/ external online system and tagging the relevant Trainers / Facilitators/ Career Consultants.
  • Liaise with service providers and main client for any appointment booking and/or rescheduling.
  • Compile attendance reports including relevant details such as reasons for missing appointments.
  • Consolidate participant feedback and escalate any complaints to Project Lead.
  • Schedule, perform and collate audit forms for submission.
  • Provide ad hoc project-related support as required.

b. Marketing Support

  • Assist Project Leads with basic amendment of marketing collaterals
  • Support stakeholders with updating of EDMs to reflect monthly programme details

c. Administration & Quality

  • Adhere to AKG Singapore, Project and Singapore Government guidelines, policies and procedures
  • Ensure details on all systems are updated in a timely and accurate manner
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting on all relevant activities
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of client information in accordance with PDPA requirements

Skills and Knowledge Requirements:

  • Minimum local Diploma qualification
  • A minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in a customer service or operations role (experience in the HR/ Manpower or Employment sector a plus)
  • Proficiency in Canva (experience in marketing collateral design and / or content creation a plus)
  • Adhere to all company values and represent our business in a professional manner at all times
  • Excellent verbal / written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with strong time management skill and attention to detail
  • IT-savvy with the ability to pick up new systems / software
  • Ability to perform with minimal supervision under a fast-paced, operational work environment
