About the Role:
As our Talent Sourcer, you will be at the forefront of our recruitment efforts. You'll take the lead in developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to build a robust talent pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and contribute to key hiring initiatives, playing a vital role in meeting our organization's growing recruitment needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent across various channels.
Proactively build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates.
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and target the right talent pools.
Utilize various sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and networking events.
Screen and assess candidates based on qualifications and cultural fit.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance our visibility and attract top talent.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing.
Key Requirements:
A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
CEI Basic Certificate is preferred
Proven experience in talent sourcing or recruitment.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent research and analytical skills with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and platforms.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for finding exceptional talent.
