Job summary

An established industry player in property management is seeking a dedicated individual to support the day-to-day operations of buildings and condominiums. This role involves assisting the Building Manager in administration, handling inquiries, and ensuring effective maintenance of properties. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, be able to handle multiple tasks under pressure, and demonstrate good administrative capabilities. Job description

· Supports the day-to-day operations of the building / condominium.

· Assist the Building/Condominium Manager to oversee the office administration and ensure they are with accordance to standard operating procedures/handbook.

· Handles inquiries, feedbacks, correspondence relating to the designated property

· Performs routine checks to ensure effective maintenance of the designated property.

· Ensure designated contract works/ routine servicing are carried out as specified in their contract’s agreement.

· Assist with reviewing of service agreements and insurance before their expiry and recommend renewal or call for quotation / tender.

· Execute tasks under the requirements of the BMSMA and By-laws

· Coordinate vendor meetings, council meetings and general meetings.

· Assist in preparation of circulars/notices for designated property’s notice board(s).

· Any other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor/ Management

Requirements

· Applicants must be willing to work 5.5days' work. (Alternate Sat upon confirmation)

· Preferably able to start immediately

· Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.

· Strong communication and negotiation skill.

· Ability to handle pressure and multiple tasks.

· Good administrative and Computer literacy.

· Mature and outgoing personality.
