Job description

We are looking for a Coordinator to join our dynamic team at CEI Pte. Ltd.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Provide administrative support to Marketing Engineers.
  2. Liaise closely with customers to ensure efficient processing of new orders, rescheduling of open orders, delivery schedules, and RMA.
  3. Verify, acknowledge, and process new Purchase Orders, including pricing, lead times, product information, and shipping and billing addresses.
  4. Process SWO, Price Change, AVL, RFQ, Doc-in, RMA, e-Billing, and e-PR promptly.
  5. Maintain accurate and updated pricing for Finished Goods and components in the system.
  6. Provide shipment details to customers.
  7. Update monthly sales, OTD, Open Order Report, and Customer reports.
  8. Upload verified SWO into the SentryFile portal.
  9. Support the Project Management team in executing customer projects, including managing technical, manufacturing, and other functional requirements to ensure timely delivery.
  10. Interface with functional departments on work progress, update project plans, and identify critical activities impacting deliverables, taking appropriate action.
  11. Perform any other ad hoc duties as required.
About you:
  1. Diploma in Electronics Engineering preferred; candidates with a business-related discipline will also be considered.
  2. 1–2 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in contract manufacturing.
  3. Able to work under minimal supervision in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  6. Knowledge of MRP systems is an advantage.
