Job description

• Position :Service Technician/Engineer (CCTV/Security System)
• Location : Islandswide- Office in Outram
• Working hours : 5 days work week;(8.30am, -6.00pm)
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4900 gross ($4100Basic +Transport allowance $400-$750) AWS + Overtime + Performance Bonus + $60 Mobile reimbursement + Birthday leave + Health insurance + allowance

Main Responsibilities:

• Execution of service and maintenance workflow.
• Liaise closely with client representatives on all service/maintenance related issues.
• Mentor a team of service team members.
• Assisting the supervisor in employing teams on service deliveries and distribute responsibilities.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations for optimal results.
• Provide support to supervisor in ensuring the timely delivery and completion of troubleshoot and service/maintenance of security systems at clients’ premises.
• Familiarise yourself and deliver customer satisfaction base on each client's business, organization and objectives.
• Ensure that works carried out are in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
• Perform any other technical tasks as and when required.

Requirements:

• Min Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with at least 2 years working experience.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in security systems such as Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems and CCTV systems is a must.
• Knowledge in IT/Network/Server is an added advantage.
• Independent, self-motivated individual whom is able to work under minimum supervision.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
