Job description

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor project budgets, cost estimates, and financial forecasts while identifying opportunities for cost savings and value engineering

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, supplier agreements, and subcontractor terms, ensuring compliance and resolving disputes efficiently

• Track project costs, review invoices, and ensure accurate financial reporting to maintain profitability

• Act as the key liaison between clients, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring alignment with project objectives and maintaining strong working relationships

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and legal requirements while assessing risks and implementing mitigation strategies

• Generate reports on project financials, performance metrics, and commercial risks to support decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably within commercial office design or interior fit-out projects

• Strong knowledge of contract management, cost control, and procurement processes

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
