Are you a seasoned project manager with a passion for the pharmaceutical industry? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? If so, we have an exciting 12-month contract opportunity for you!

As the APAC EPS Transitions Project Manager, you will play a critical role in coordinating multiple transitions for new products and countries onboarding into the APAC Established Products Squad (EPS). You will ensure smooth and efficient transitions by working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Streamline transition criteria and activities to reduce transition timing.

  • Coordinate and manage multiple transition projects.

  • Support knowledge transfer and management/retention.

  • Develop and maintain project plans and timelines.

  • Manage project risks and issues.

  • Facilitate communication among stakeholders

  • Ensure quality and compliance standards are met.

  • Monitor project progress and report on status.

  • Conduct post-implementation retrospectives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of multi-country project management experience.

  • Commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills.

  • Project management certification (PMP, PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner, PRINCE2, etc.) is mandatory.

Skills:

  • Strong project management skills (planning, execution, monitoring).

  • Strong change management capabilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Remote/virtual work environment in the APAC time zone (e.g., Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand).

  • Must be available during Singapore (GMT+8) working hours.
