Position Summary:

We are seeking a talented Junior Bartender/Mixologist to join The Foundry, our flagship location and a hub for community impact. Your role will involve creating innovative cocktails, ensuring smooth bar operations, and providing guests with an outstanding drink experience.

Work Details:

1. 44 hours/week, 5-day work week
2. Operational days: Monday - Saturday
3. Location: Near Bras Basah, Plaza Singapura
4. Offering Western cafe fare, small plates, and a dynamic environment within a co-working space
5. Progressive, sustainable menu featuring natural wines, sous-vide, batch drinks, and a fresh herb garden
6. Perks include coffee, tea, drinks, uniform, staff meals, and benefits such as medical coverage and staff claims
7. Preferred candidates will have at least 1 year of experience in the food and beverage industry and possess the Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
8. Must have a positive attitude, be a team player, and excel in a fast-paced environment; good communication skills are essential

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of high-quality cocktails, from classics to signature creations, with attention to presentation and consistency
• Engage warmly with guests, taking orders, offering recommendations, and personalizing their experience
• Maintain high standards of taste, presentation, and consistency in all beverages
• Manage daily bar setup, stock organization, cleanliness, and collaborate with culinary team for pairing drinks with food
• Follow responsible alcohol service practices, including verifying legal drinking age and monitoring consumption
• Monitor beverage inventory, assist with stock ordering, and conduct regular stocktakes to minimize wastage
• Ensure all equipment and services are in optimal condition
