Qualifications

We Are Looking For

As the Controls Engineer, you will be based at the Singapore Data Center and report to the System Manager. You will be the key point of contact for technical related matters and lead technical discussions and clarifications. You should have a deep understanding on BMS to have the ability to study, clarify and negotiate BMS technical requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide support on control and instrumentation related issues. Attend and carry out fault finding, diagnosis and recovery of systems from breakdowns
  • Follow-up on all technical aspects of the Project from designing, integration, testing, FAT, installation, commissioning and warranty
  • Creating operation document not limited to following (Emergency procedure, Operating Procedure, Project tender specification and etc)
  • Identify and highlight potential changes that differ from contractual or agreed design
  • Knowledge of Data Center and/or other mission critical facilities design, operation and maintenance
  • Responsible in liaising with the relevant contractors for the preventive maintenance
  • Support the analysis of the functionalities and constraints of proposed solutions/ multiple systems/ centralized platforms
  • Support the project team in the SAT and integration testing

Requirements:

  • Bachelor / Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Building Services
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in BMS/ EPMS
  • Basic knowledge in mechanical, electrical and security systems
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word, BMS/EPMS, CMMS/DCIM, ERP, Microsoft BI.
  • Excellent in problem solving and performing root cause analysis
