Job Description
Assist in organising and executing events from conception to completion of events (in-person, hybrid and virtual)
Work closely with internal teams, external vendors, sponsors, and partners to deliver seamless events.
Liaise with SIAS Investor Education speakers on content curation and event execution.
Use and manage digital platforms such as Zoom Webinar, Pigeonhole and SIAS Event Management System.
Support registration drives for events to achieve attendance targets.
Attend to event registrants’ enquiries and manage their registration experience.
Organise event logistics and delivery requirements.
Deployed to work at events on-site or virtually for event execution.
Manage all administrative matters related to the assigned events.
Generate post event reports and assist in compiling feedback for analysis.
Stay updated on industry trends to bring fresh ideas to event planning.
Any other matters related to investor education events assigned by the Senior Management.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree, preferably in Event Management, Mass Comm / Public Relations / Marketing / Business Management
At least 1 year of working experience preferred (fresh graduates are welcome)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Zoom/Teams and CRM platforms is a plus.
Meticulous, able to multi-task, self-driven, and has a positive learning attitude
Able to work independently under pressure and result-oriented
Good team player
Bilingual in English and preferably in Mandarin (Required to liaise with mandarin speaking event attendees at times)
