Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy vehicle with Tail Gate safely while holding a valid Singapore Class 4 driving license.

• Transport AVL products and materials to and from specified locations in a timely manner.

• Load and unload vehicles, ensuring that all cargo is secured properly in accordance with safety protocols.

• Comply with all transportation laws and maintain a clean driving record.

• Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance as needed.

• Plan routes and meet delivery schedules, taking into account any special handling requirements for materials.

• Report accidents or violations as required by company policy and transportation regulations.

• Complete and maintain accurate documentation and logs.

• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure efficient delivery schedules.

• Support and operations staff with Setup and teardown of AVL Equipment.

Requirements:

• Apprenticeship: Apprentice Class 4 Drivers accepted ; Salary starts @ S$2200 with Class 4 License Course paid for by the company (Minimum Contract Term Apply)

• Singapore Class 4 Driver License with clean record. / Class 3 for Apprentice Driver

• Able to communicate in English

• At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Class 4 Driver, preferably in the AVL industry or a related field

• Duration: Permanent Role
