[GOVT] Senior Executive (Women’s Development) | Full-Time (1-Year Contract)
Designation: Senior Executive (Management Executive Officer)
Duration: 1 Year
Salary: $2,980/month
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 42 hours/week
Location: Thomson Road
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Executive to support projects and initiatives in a women’s development team. This role offers valuable exposure to policy work, stakeholder engagement, and event coordination in a dynamic and meaningful domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Support research, data management, and analysis related to women’s development indicators and statistics
Monitor media traction and public discourse on women’s issues
Assist in planning and executing events and campaigns (including speechwriting and drafting social media content)
Help prepare submissions and briefings for international bodies on gender equality reports and initiatives
Liaise with stakeholders, including NGOs, corporate partners, and government agencies, to promote and implement women's development policies
Provide administrative and budgeting support for the department
Carry out ad hoc duties as required by the team
Requirements:
A recognized Degree or higher in Arts & Social Sciences, Humanities, International Relations, Public Policy/Administration, or Communications
Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and independently
Comfortable working with data and research tools
Prior experience in public sector, research, or stakeholder engagement is advantageous
Passion for gender equality and social development topics is a plus
