Job Opening: WSH Safety Coordinator

We are a signage manufacturing company located at Loyang Drive, seeking to employ a WSH Safety Coordinator.

Job Requirements

• Possess BizSafe Level 2 (Risk Assessment certificate)
• Safety Coordinator certificate
• Ability to prepare RA, SWP, MOS, FPP documents with provided inputs
• Conduct toolbox meetings and ensure regular housekeeping to maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the factory
• Proficient in PC skills (Email, online permits)

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients to apply for Permit to Work and arrange installation upon checking that production items are ready
• Conduct site surveys if required
• Assist in planning daily production activities
• Monitor expiry dates of items like lifting gear, fire extinguishers, and machinery certifications, and ensure renewal prior to expiry
