Job description
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the CRM system to ensure optimal functionality and usability.
Manage customer data, including data entry, cleansing, to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
Execute, and track multi-channel outreach campaigns using the CRM platform.Customer Analyze campaign performance and customer engagement metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Collect and analyze customer feedback through surveys, reviews, and other channels to gain insights and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to align CRM initiatives with business goals and objectives.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Business Studies and any relevant field
Minimum 1 year of working experience in the same role
Good analytical skills, able to interpret data and come out with actionable insights
Excellent communication skills, able to communicate across all levels
Meticulous, good organizational and project management skills

Standard working hours
Salary up to $4200 (depends on experience) + Bonus
