Job Summary

Responsible for the implementation, ongoing evolution, and oversight of DKSH Healthcare Client and Customer OMNI channel digital products. This includes defining, tracking, analyzing, and achieving project KPIs, as well as ensuring country alignment and delivery of their "go to market" and platform marketing plans.

General Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate and execute multiple digital projects, ensuring alignment with strategy and business objectives. This encompasses Customer and Client Connect, eCommerce, new retail, and digital shelf initiatives.

  2. Identify, propose, and implement "Test, Learn, Scale" pilot initiatives. Drive adoption of new capabilities with a lead market approach.

  3. Define, validate, and monitor the delivery of business goals and KPIs.

  4. Identify services and solutions from the digital product portfolio that can be sold by Business Development teams to clients. Develop necessary selling tools for these teams.

  5. Conduct surveys and audits regularly to understand competitor activity, client and customer needs, and local market conditions.

  6. Anticipate, identify, and resolve roadblocks or challenges impacting initiative delivery.

  7. Document and communicate project status regularly to ensure all teams are informed of next steps and milestones.

  8. Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.

  9. Manage and execute project milestones effectively.

Experience and Education

  • Experience in planning, organizing, and managing digital platform projects.

  • Strong understanding of digital platform technologies and their applications.

  • Excellent communication skills (oral, written, interpersonal) and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience preferred.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.

  • Degree or professional qualification in Business Studies, Marketing, Economics, Information Technology, ECommerce, or related fields.

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry.
