As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence in both Singapore and Southeast Asia’s fitting-out sectors


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the fitting-out and engineering sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets.
  • Prepare and present proposals, tenders, and bids to secure new projects.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitors, and client needs.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless delivery of fitting-out projects.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development or sales, preferably in either construction, fitting-out industry, design or architecture industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and securing new clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
