Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Training & Product Excellence Expert to design, develop, and deliver effective training programs across multiple countries for PHILIPS branded TV & SOUNDBAR products. This role ensures that sales personnel (including retailers) are equipped with comprehensive product knowledge, enabling them to maximize customer engagement and sales performance. The ideal candidate will collaborate with marketing, R&D, and service teams to refine training content, monitor product evaluations, and provide ongoing support to regional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Development & Delivery

  • Design and develop country-specific training materials aligned with product ranges and market requirements.
  • Host online and offline training sessions, engaging audiences through interactive discussions and hands-on practice.
  • Provide summaries of training sessions and ensure necessary follow-ups for continuous learning.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness by assessing application of learning to job performance across regions.
  • Identify and implement additional training programs based on feedback from customers and country sales heads.

2. Product Knowledge & Market Insights

  • Disseminate best product knowledge to sales personnel in the most efficient and timely manner.
  • Identify key unique selling points and collaborate with R&D and marketing teams to enhance communication strategies (e.g., online portals, digital marketing, POSM).
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge on new and existing models, ensuring competitive awareness.
  • Monitor product evaluation and update training demonstrations accordingly.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration & Customer Support

  • Provide early and comprehensive feedback to Country Managers regarding customer and promoter insights.
  • Offer off-hours support to address queries from regional teams.
  • Support aftersales service inquiries, working closely with service centers and installers to maximize customer satisfaction.
