Job description

The Marketing Manager will be instrumental in driving TrueWatch's marketing strategy and business development initiatives. This role focuses on creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns, building strategic partnerships, and uncovering new business opportunities aligned with our growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and manage creative, multi-channel marketing programs—including email, social media, webinars, and events—that generate pipeline and support revenue goals.
  • Event Marketing: Lead the planning and execution of in-person and virtual events, including trade shows, conferences, and product demos. Represent TrueWatch and deliver compelling presentations to prospects and partners.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with global demand generation, product marketing, sales, marketing operations, and sales ops to ensure aligned, data-driven campaigns.
  • Project Management & Optimization: Oversee campaign planning, execution, and analysis. Track ROI, manage timelines, and implement continuous performance optimizations.
  • Business Development Support: Identify and engage prospective customers, assist with outreach and follow-ups, and maintain accurate CRM records. Collaborate with leadership to pursue partnership opportunities and nurture early-stage relationships into long-term value.
  • Regional Marketing Execution: Own both online and offline marketing strategies within the region.
  • Ad Hoc Initiatives: Support additional marketing or business development tasks as needed.

Requirement:

  • At least Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in tech or SaaS environments.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present and pitch effectively to external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics platforms.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally across sales, product, and operations teams.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive, hands-on approach to solving challenges.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for events and conferences.
