Job description

Mandatory Skill-Set:

  • Higher Nitec or Diploma in a relevant field, preferably in Engineering, Science, or IT.

  • Passionate about sensors, instrumentation, and IoT solutions.

  • Familiarity with sales processes, order tracking, and customer follow-ups.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop effective solutions.

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.

  • Experience in engineering sales or project management is advantageous.

What You’ll Be Doing (Your Impact):

  • Customer & Sales Support: Respond to customer inquiries, assist in preparing quotations, process sales orders, and ensure timely follow-ups.

  • Order Management & Logistics: Coordinate order fulfillment, monitor shipment status, and liaise with logistics providers to ensure on-time delivery.

  • Administrative Coordination: Maintain accurate records of quotations, orders, inventory, datasheets, certificates, and service documentation for smooth operations and audit readiness.

  • Supplier & Procurement Support: Assist in sourcing components, requesting quotations, and negotiating terms with suppliers to optimize cost and availability.

  • Project Coordination: Support sales and technical teams by coordinating schedules, managing documentation, and ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on deliverables.

  • Issue Resolution: Track and manage product returns or defective goods, working with teams to identify issues and implement corrective actions.

  • Internal Collaboration: Serve as the link between sales, engineering, procurement, and production teams to ensure streamlined communication and task execution.
