Job description

We are seeking a talented 3D Designer to support the visual design of our client's internal and external communication channels. You will create high-quality creative assets to promote organizational culture, company values, and management philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver innovative and visually compelling 3D design solutions for both internal teams and external clients.

• Serve as the key liaison between stakeholders, offering creative direction and ensuring alignment throughout the design process.

• Communicate and present design concepts clearly and confidently to stakeholders at all levels.

• Drive the entire creative journey—from interpreting briefs and developing concepts to design execution, production, and final project delivery.

• Collaborate with the production team to ensure final outputs align with approved designs and meet the highest quality standards.

• Consistently meet or exceed client expectations through thoughtful, impactful design solutions.

• Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to foster growth and maintain a high-performing creative team.

• Take on additional responsibilities as needed in response to evolving business requirements. Develop creative assets for marketing, brand campaigns, and internal comms.

• Use design software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) and AI tools for video editing, animations, and graphics.

• Contribute to ideation, storyboarding, animation/video production, and final delivery.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to create designs aligned with project goals and brand guidelines.

• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines.

• Assist in maintaining design assets and templates for streamlined production.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

• Proficient in design and video editing software (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop).

• Ability to translate creative concepts into production drawings.

• Proficient in 3D Studio Max, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

• Good to have years of experience in the meetings, incentive travel, conferences, exhibitions and special events industry (MICE) or related experience
