An established industry player is seeking a dynamic sales professional to maintain and grow client relationships in Singapore. This role focuses on B2B sales of welding consumables and equipment, ensuring repeat business and upselling opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in engineering and experience in sales, particularly in the welding sector. With occasional travel to Batam and a strong emphasis on client engagement, this position offers a competitive salary package and the chance to make a significant impact in a growing market.

Working Hours:Mon to Fri: 830am to 530pm
Salary: Up to $5,000 per month + on target earnings + company car
Job Description:
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients in Singapore (Main focus – 60% clients are in SG)
Handle warm leads generated by the company
Ensure repeat business and upselling of welding consumables, equipment, and solutions
Identify and secure new clients in Singapore (B2B sales)
Explore opportunities in Batam (secondary market), with occasional travel required
Minimal focus on JB (only 1 existing account, rare visits needed)
Requirements:
Min Diploma in Engineering Field / Related Welding sales experience preferred
Class 3/3A Driving License
Comfortable to travel to Batam/JB when required
Comfortable to engage in client entertainment after work 1-2 per month (normal period) or 1 -2 per week (peak period)
Overseas working experience in Malaysia and Batam is plus point
Preferred Related welding consumables / Machined experience + Sales experience
