Job description

We are looking for a Ticketing Host, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences at Mount Faber and Sentosa's attractions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ticket Operations: Manage daily ticket sales for Sentosa-owned / managed attractions and southern islands. Ensure strict adherence to cash control procedures, safeguarding all revenue collection, float money, and ticket stock.

  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional guest service, including offering information, handling Faber License membership applications, and managing the collection of advance tickets / documents.

  • Service Standards: Consistently uphold Sentosa’s core priorities of Safety, Courtesy, Show and Efficiency at all guest touchpoints.

  • Housekeeping: Ensure the working environment and associated facilities are clean, in good working order, and presentable to guests.

  • Stay fully updated on current Mount Faber / Sentosa promotions, events, and happenings; consistently meet performance standards.

  • Address guest feedback and resolve issues promptly, employing effective service recovery techniques when necessary.

  • Report all incidents accurately and promptly to the immediate supervisor.

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level.

  • Prior experience in ticketing, retail sales, or within the tourism/hospitality industry is advantageous.

  • Possess strong communication skills with a sales-driven mindset.

  • Fluent in English. Proficiency in other languages is beneficial for assisting international guests.

  • Must be customer-centric with a keen eye for detail to ensure a positive guest experience.

  • Confident and accurate in handling cash transactions. Customer- and guest-centric

  • Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Candidates with more extensive relevant experience may be considered for roles with commensurate responsibilities and compensation.
