Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Marketing Execution
- Support the CMO in developing and executing local marketing strategies aligned with overall brand and business objectives.
- Manage campaign planning, budgeting, and execution across TV, digital, retail, and social platforms.
2. Content-Led Product Marketing
- Lead the development of product marketing content, particularly in video formats for demonstration and storytelling.
- Collaborate with production teams, creative agencies, and local talents (e.g. influencers, hosts) to craft compelling narratives around product USPs.
3. Social Commerce & Digital Performance
- Drive video/ads performance on social commerce platforms (e.g. Shopee Live, TikTok Shop, LazLive) by optimizing live selling strategies and promotional mechanics.
- Work with e-commerce teams and handle JML’s webstore to align marketing initiatives with online sales and platform growth targets.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with sales, retail operations, e-commerce, and supply chain to synchronize marketing efforts with in-store and online initiatives.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, media partners, and production agencies.
5. Market Insights & Reporting
- Analyze campaign performance, consumer behavior, and competitor activity in the Singapore market.
- Provide data-driven insights to refine campaigns, inform media buys, and support product positioning decisions.
6. Brand Stewardship
- Uphold brand integrity across all customer touchpoints.
- Localize global brand assets and messages to suit the Singaporean consumer context.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of marketing experience, preferably in FMCG, retail, or direct-to-consumer industries.
- Strong understanding of social commerce, content marketing, and digital channels.
- Hands-on experience in the Singapore market with knowledge of local media, customer trends, and platform dynamics.
- Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead projects with minimal supervision.
- Proven experience with video marketing, product demonstrations, or TV shopping formats is highly desirable.
