Role Overview

The Digital Account Executive creates, identifies, and closes sales for Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Commerce Cloud within a specific region. As the representative of these clouds, this individual drives revenue and must be a self-starting closer capable of building a large pipeline quickly. We seek business athletes who are aggressive team players — hungry, nimble, and intelligent — able to close a mix of complex and transactional deals.

Responsibilities:
  1. Create and drive revenue within SMB accounts in a specific region.
  2. Generate business opportunities through networking and cold-calling.
  3. Enhance brand awareness, campaigns, and lead generation via networking and associations.
  4. Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
  5. Own the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  6. Develop a strategic territory business plan.
  7. Maintain account and opportunity forecasts on Salesforce.
  8. Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales hunter and closer.
  • Preferably experience in Digital Marketing/Commerce sales.
  • Track record of sales excellence in the ASEAN region.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Strong professional presence and business acumen.
  • Experience selling at the executive level, especially CMO, is a plus.
