About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development and Sales Executive to join our talented team at Luther Corporate Services Pte Ltd. This full-time position is based in the Jurong East West Region and will play a crucial role in driving new business growth and expanding our client portfolio.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities within your designated territory

  • Develop and execute targeted sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients

  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial lead generation to contract negotiations and closures

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients

  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent customer service and support

  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets

  • Continuously expand your industry knowledge and stay up-to-date with market trends

What we're looking for

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in new business development, preferably within the professional services industry

  • Exceptional B2B sales skills with a track record of successfully closing new business

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with clients

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills to juggle multiple tasks and priorities

  • A proactive and resilient mindset with the ability to work autonomously

  • Familiarity with the Jurong East West Region market and client base
